Bahan Membuat Cookies Coklat Kacang :
70 gr margarin
1 butir telur
1 butir kuning telur
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Pisang Goreng Crispy (75 gr)
1 bungkus Kobe Breadcrumbs (270 gr)
50 gr gula halus
50 gr coklat bubuk
1/4 sendok teh baking powder
50 gr kacang tanah (sangrai dan cincang)
Langkah Membuat Cookies Coklat Kacang :
Kocok margarin, telur dan kuning telur dengan mixer sampai mengembang. Sisihkan.
Masukkan Kobe Tepung Pisang Goreng Crispy, 70 gr Kobe Breadcrumbs dan gula halus. Tambahkan coklat bubuk, baking powder dan kacang tanah. Aduk hingga rata.
Siapkan loyang dan panaskan oven. Ambil 1 sendok teh adonan Cookies Coklat Kacang, bentuk bulat atau persegi. Tekan dengan garpu atau cetak dengan bentuk sesuai selera. Letakkan di atas loyang.
Panggang Cookies Coklat Kacang selama 40 menit dengan suhu 150 derajat hingga matang.
Angkat dan dinginkan. Cookies Coklat Kacang siap dihidangkan.
