, kreasi kuliner yang bisa dibuat sendiri dan bisa bersaing dengan lezatnya kuliner buatan restoran terkenal.
Bajigur adalah minuman tradisional khas Sunda, Jawa Barat. Bahan utama bajigur adalah santan, gula merah, dan jahe. Bajigur sangat cocok diminum sore hari apalagi saat hujan ditemani dengan pisang goreng atau kacang rebus. Nikmat sekali ya membayangkannya.
Yuk, segera persiapkan bahan-bahan untuk memasak resep ini dan segera pergi ke dapur untuk berkreasi. Selamat Bermasak Ria, semoga hidangannya enak dan lezat !!.
Hasil : 4 Porsi
Bahan Membuat Bajigur :
Santan dari 1 butir kelapa: 1 liter
Jahe, dibakar, dikupas, dimemarkan: 150 gram
Gula merah, disisir halus: 150 gram
Gula putih: 50 gram
Kopi bubuk: 1 sdm
Garam: 1/4 sdt
Daun pandan: 3 lembar
Kayu manis: 2 cm
Kolang kaling, direbus dan iris kecil: 100 gram
Langkah Membuat Bajigur :
Campur santan, kopi bubuk, gula merah, gula pasir, jahe, daun pandan, kayu manis, dan garam.
Kemudian rebus sambil diaduk sampai mendidih dengan api sedang.
Angkat dan saring bajigur. Tambahkan potongan kolang kaling.
Sajikan.
Jika tidak ada santan murni bisa menggunakan santan instan yang ditambahkan air.
