Bahan Membuat Beef Yakiniku :
100 g bawang bombay, iris 1 cm
500 g daging sapi has dalam
2 batang daun bawang, potong 4 cm
1 sdt wijen sangrai
3 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
1 sdm minyak wijen
4 siung bawang putih, haluskan
3 cm jahe, haluskan
1 sdm
1 sdt
1 sdm madu
¼ sdt merica putih bubuk
¼ nasi putih

Langkah Membuat Beef Yakiniku :
Lumuri daging sapi dengan bumbu perendam termasuk Bango Kecap Manis dan Royco Kaldu Sapi sambil sedikit diremas. Diamkan dalam kulkas selama 30 menit. Sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay hingga layu. Masukkan daging sapi, tumis hingga matang.
Tambahkan daun bawang, aduk hingga layu. Angkat.
Taburi dengan wijen sangrai. Sajikan dengan nasi putih dan Jawara Saus Sambal Hot.
