Mau heran tapi cuma Dapur Kobe yang punya resep Curcuma Fried Chicken. Ayam goreng rempah yang renyah dengan kenikmatan berbumbu di gigitan.

Bahan Membuat Curcuma Fried Chicken :
minyak goreng secukupnya
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Serbaguna Premium (200gr)
350 ml air
1/2 ekor ayam (potong 6)
1/3 sendok makan bubuk curcuma (temulawak)
Langkah Membuat Curcuma Fried Chicken :
Rendam ayam dalam air.
Siapkan wadah. Campurkan tepung kering Kobe Tepung Serbaguna Premium dengan bubuk curcuma / temulawak. Aduk rata.
Balurkan ayam ke dalam tepung kering hingga terbalur rata. Cubit-cubit dengan ujung jari. Sisihkan.
Gorengan ayam dalam minyak panas terendam dengan api sedang hingga kuning kecoklatan.
Angkat dan sajikan.
