2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
2 batang serai, memarkan

4 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
15 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
5 butir kemiri, sangrai
5 buah cabai merah
3 cm jahe
3 sdm kari bubuk siap pakai
4 cm kayu manis
2 butir cengkih
2 lembar daun salam
4 lembar daun jeruk purut
2 butir kapulaga
Langkah Membuat Gule Daging Sapi :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, lengkuas, serai, dan bumbu kering hingga harum.
Masukkan daging sapi, masak hingga kaku. Tuang santan encer dan susu rendah lemak, aduk. Masak hingga mendidih.
Kecilkan api, masak hingga daging empuk sambil sesekali diaduk.
Masukkan gula merah, air asam jawa, garam, dan Royco Kaldu Sapi, aduk. Tuang santan kental, aduk. Masak sambil sesekali diaduk hingga santan berminyak. Angkat. Sajikan.
