Bahan Membuat I Fu Mie :
- 200 g Mie telor rebus
- 100 g Udang
- 50 g Jamur kancing
- 1/2 bh Wortel
- 2 lbr Sawi
- 50 g Kembang kol
- 5 sdm SAORI® Saus Tiram
- 200 ml Air
- 1 sdm Tepung maizena
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
Langkah Membuat I Fu Mie :
Potong potong wortel, jamur, dan sawi. Campur air dan maizena, sisihkan.
Goreng mie dengan minyak panas yang banyak hingga kering dan renyah, angkat, tiriskan, dan letakkan dalam wadah saji.
Tumis udang hingga berubah warna. Masukkan wortel, kembang kol, jamur, dan sawi, masak hingga layu.
Tambahkan larutan maizena dan SAORI® Saus Tiram, masak hingga matang, angkat, dan tuang di atas mie.
