Waktu Memasak : 30 Menit
Bahan Membuat Jumput Tempe :
- 200 gr tempe, parut
- 1/2 btr kelapa setengah tua, parut
- 2 btr telur ayam
- 1 sdm ikan teri medan, goreng, haluskan
- 4 btg serai, ambil bagian putihnya, iris tipis
- Garam secukupnya
- Merica secukupnya
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
- 1 bks Masako® Rasa Ayam 11 gr
Bumbu halus :
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 1 sdt ketumbar
Langkah Membuat Jumput Tempe :
Campur semua bahan, bumbu halus, dan Masako® Rasa Ayam. Aduk hingga rata.
Ambil adonan dengan ujung jari. Usahakan jangan dipadatkan. Goreng dalam minyak banyak dan panas hingga kecoklatan. Angkat dan sajikan.
