200 g knefeh mafroukeh (tepung semolina)
300 g pistachio
50 g mentega
200 g bubuk gula
75 g air bunga
30 g bunga lemon
Ashta (krim bergumpal) - secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Mafroukeh Festou (lebanese Semolina Pistachio Truffle) :
Campur adonan menjadi satu.
Masukkan tepung semolina ke dalam blender.
Tambahkan pistachio dan campur.
Tambahkan mentega, gula halus dan aduk.
Tambahkan air bunga dan aduk.
Buat bola dari pasta.
