Bahan Membuat Oseng Kecap Tauge Tempe Lombok Ijo :
300 gr tempe daun, potong btk segitiga goreng lalu sisihkan
100 gr tauge, cuci bersih tiriskan
2 lonjoran daun bawang, iris tipis
2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
4 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
5 buah cabe hijau keriting, iris panjang
½ sdt garam
1 sdt gula pasir
30 ml kecap manis Bango
50 ml air matang
2 sdm minyak goreng
Bawang goreng untuk taburan
Langkah Membuat Oseng Kecap Tauge Tempe Lombok Ijo :
Tumis bumbu yang sudah diriis hingga harum
Masukan tempe, tauge, daun bawang dan sedikit air aduk perlahan.
Tambahkan gula, garam dan kecap manis bango, aduk perlahan hingga bumbu meresap.
Setelah matang angkat dan sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.
