Waktu Memasak : 30 Menit
Bahan Membuat Pancah Daging :
- 300 g daging sapi, potong dadu
- 12 btr telur puyuh, rebus
- 2 mata asam jawa, seduh dengan air panas
- 250 ml santan kental
- 1 bks Masako® Rasa Sapi 11 gr
Bumbu halus:
- 2 cm kunyit, bakar
- 2 sdt gula merah
Pelengkap:
- Acar dan kecap manis secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Pancah Daging :
Potong daging bentuk dadu. Haluskan kunyit dan gula merah
Tusukkan potongan daging menjadi 12 tusuk. Sisihkan.
Masak bumbu halus, air asam, santan, dan Masako® Rasa Sapi. Masukkan satai, masak hingga bumbu meresap.
Tusukkan telur puyuh pada ujung satai. Panggang satai sambil diolesi sisa bumbu hingga harum. Angkat dan sajikan dengan pelengkap.
