Waktu Memasak : 30 menit
Bahan Membuat Saus Jamur :
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih (75 gr)
200 ml air
1 sendok makan susu bubuk
1 siung bawang putih (cincang halus)
1/2 siung bawang bombay (potong memanjang)
3 sendok makan saus tomat
1 bungkus Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Ayaaam
100 gr jamur kancing (iris tipis)
Langkah Membuat Saus Jamur :
Buat larutan pengental dari 1 sendok makan Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih, 3 sendok makan air dan 1 sendok makan susu. Sisihkan.
Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum.
Masukkan saus tomat dan air. Aduk rata.
Tambahkan 1 sendok makan Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Ayaaam dan jamur.
Tuang larutan pengental. Aduk rata.
Saus Jamur siap disajikan.
