Bahan Membuat Tempe Bacem Mentega :
1 papan tempe besar
1 L air kelapa
5 lembar daun salam
1 ruas lengkuas, memarkan
1 batang serai, memarkan
65 g gula aren, iris
3 sdm
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt asam jawa
3 sdm mentega
3 garam secukupnya
1 sdt
1 air secukupnya
8 butir bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
2 sdm ketumbar, sangrai
½ sdt jinten, sangrai
Langkah Membuat Tempe Bacem Mentega :
Potong tempe sesuai selera. Rebus bersama bumbu halus dan Royco Kaldu Ayam serta Bango Kecap Manis.
Tambahkan air secukupnya hingga semua tempe terendam. Masak sampai kuah menyusut dan agak sedikit mengental. Aduk rata, koreksi rasa.
Tambahkan mentega. Masak kembali dengan api yang kecil sampai bumbu meresap dan kuah mengering.
Angkat dan sajikan tempe bacem mentega dengan sambal bawang, sambal tomat, ataupun cabe rawit.
