Bahan Membuat Tempe Bersarang :
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Tempe Kriuk
200 ml air
1/2 papan tempe
Langkah Membuat Tempe Bersarang :
Iris tempe dan sisihkan.
Campurkan Kobe Tepung Tempe Kriuk dengan air. Aduk rata.
Masukkan tempe yang sudah diiris ke dalam adonan.
Goreng dalam minyak panas, setelah irisan tempe kuat dibalik.
Tuang sisa adonan ke tengah wajan supaya menyebar adonannya. Satukan dengan tempe.
Goreng hingga berwarna kuning keemasan.
Angkat dan dinginkan. Tempe Bersarang siap disantap.
