Bahan Membuat Tempe Crispy :
- 100 gr Tempe
- 1 bks Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu 80 gr
- 700 ml Minyak Goreng
- 8 sdm Air Es
Langkah Membuat Tempe Crispy :
Iris tempe menjadi 5 bagian, sisihkan.
Buat adonan kering: Masukkan 1 bks Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu. Adonan basah: Pindahkan 2 sdm Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu dan larutkan dengan air es, aduk rata.
Masukkan tempe ke adonan basah, kemudian masukkan ke adonan kering, gulingkan dan ketukan.
Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan tempe, goreng hingga kuning keemasan.
