Bahan Membuat Bakso Ayam Rambutan :
200 gram ayam cincang
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih
1 sdt baking powder
10 lbr kulit pangsit (potong-potong memanjang)
1 sachet BonCabe level 10
1 btr telur
minyak goreng secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Bakso Ayam Rambutan :
Campurkan semua bahan bakso kecuali kulit pangsit. Diamkan selama 30 menit. Bentuk bulat-bulat seperti bakso. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.
Masukkan bulatan bakso ke potongan-potongan memanjang kulit pangsit sampai seluruh permukaan bakso tertutup.
Goreng dalam minyak panas hingga berwarna kuning keemasan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
Bakso Ayam Rambutan siap disajikan selagi hangat dengan taburan BonCabe.
