Bahan Membuat Bakwan Jagung Udang (corn Shrimp Fritters) :
600 gr jagung manis ( di pipili )
150 gr udang kupas ( 100 gr di potong- potong 50 gr untuk topping )
Adonan Bakwan :
1 butir telur ayam
100 gr tepung terigu
50 gr tepung beras
1 batang daun bawang
17 gr cabe merah besar ( iris tipis )
200 ml air
2 gr garam
3 gr gula pasir
5 gr kaldu ayam bubuk
½ sdt baking powder
Langkah Membuat Bakwan Jagung Udang (corn Shrimp Fritters) :
Membuat Bakwan Jagung Udang.
Pipil jagung manis lalu sisihkan.
Kupas udang lalu cuci hingga bersih.
Siapkan bahan adonan : tepung terigu dan tepung beras, baking powder
Lalu tambahkan penyedap, garam, gula, kaldu ayam bubuk dan telur, aduk hingga rata.
Tambahkan air secara bertahap sambil terus diaduk hingga tercampur rata.
Masukan jagung yang sudah dipipil, daun bawang, udang dan cabe merah besar yang di iris tipis lalu di aduk – aduk hingga tercampur rata.
Goreng bakwan jagung sebanyak -+ 90 gr dan letakan 1 udang di bagian tengah bakwan jagung dan goreng hingga coklat keemasan lalu angkat dan sisihkan.
