Bahan Membuat Bakwan Nasi :
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bakwan Kress
100 gram nasi putih
1 buah wortel ukuran sedang yang diserut kasar
2 butir telur
1/4 sendok teh garam
50 gram daun bawang iris halus
5 sendok makan minyak goreng
Langkah Membuat Bakwan Nasi :
Kocok lepas telur dan garam hingga rata.
Masukkan nasi dalam adonan telur. Aduk kembali hingga rata.
Tambahkan Kobe Tepung Bakwan Kress, wortel dan daun bawang. Aduk sampai semua tercampur.
Panaskan minyak di atas teflon. Goreng adonan hingga berwarna kuning keemasan.
Angkat dan Bakwan Nasi siap disajikan.
