Bok Coy Bumbu Wijen

Bahan Membuat Bok Coy Bumbu Wijen :
- 1 1/2 sdm minyak wijen untuk menumis
- 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
- 3 cm jahe, memarkan
- 250 gr dada ayam, potong 1 x 1 x 4 cm
- 1 sdm saus tiram
- 1 1/2 sdt lada halus
- 500 gr bok coy, dipotong-potong
- 100 ml air
- 1 sdm biji wijen, sangrai
- Masako® Rasa Ayam secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Bok Coy Bumbu Wijen :
Panaskan minyak wijen dalam wajan, tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum, kemudian masukkan potongan daging ayam, masak hingga berubah warna.
Tambahkan saus tiram, lada halus dan Masako® Rasa Ayam secukupnya, aduk tumisan sampai rata dan matang.
Masukkan bok coy, aduk agar tercampur bumbu. Tambahkan air, aduk rata, masak hingga bok coy matang kira-kira 5 menit.
Taburi wijen sangrai, aduk rata, angkat. Sajikan selagi hangat
makan siang, malam, gurih, sayur
