Bahan Membuat Buncis Tumis Ampela :
250 g buncis, potong serong
7 buah ampela, rebus, iris
1 lembar daun salam
1 cm lengkuas
¾ sdt garam
¼ sdt gula pasir
¼ sdt merica putih bubuk
1 sdm
50 ml air
1 sdm minyak goreng, untuk menumis
6 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
3 kunyit
Langkah Membuat Buncis Tumis Ampela :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, dan lengkuas hingga harum.
Masukkan ampela. Aduk hingga berubah rata. Tambahkan buncis. Aduk setengah layu.
Masukkan garam, merica bubuk, gula pasir, dan Bango Kecap Manis. Aduk rata. Tuang air, aduk hingga matang dan meresap. Sajikan.
