Bahan Membuat Tumis Buncis Udang :
300 g buncis, siangi
250 g udang, kupas
½ bungkus
3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
½ buah cabai merah, buang biji, potong serong
3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1 lembar daun salam
4 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
½ buah tomat, potong dadu
½ sdt gula pasir
50 ml air
1 sdm margarin
Langkah Membuat Tumis Buncis Udang :
Panaskan margarin, lalu tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum. Tambahkan cabai, daun salam, lengkuas, aduk hingga layu.
Masukkan udang yang telah dibersihkan. Tumis hingga permukaan udang berwarna keemasan. Tambahkan buncis, aduk rata.
Masukkan Royco Kaldu Sapi, gula, dan air, aduk rata. Masak hingga matang, lalu tambahkan potongan tomat.
Angkat dan sajikan.
