Bahan Membuat Fettucini Aglio Olio :
200 gr Fettucini (mentah)
2 sdm Minyak goreng
¼ sdt gr garam
¼ btg daun bawang
80 gr jamur kancing
4 sng Bawang Putih
1 sdt AJI‑NO‑MOTO®
1 sdt garam
½ sdt lada hitam
½ sdt bubuk cabai
2 sdm minyak goreng
½ oregano
Pelengkap :
sckp Parsley
1 bh Tomat Ceri
15 gr keju parmesan
Langkah Membuat Fettucini Aglio Olio :
Rebus fettucini kurang lebih 10 menit, beri minyak dan garam dalam rebusan. Masak hingga matang, angkat dan tiriskan.
Cincang halus bawang putih, dan potong jamur kancing.
Panaskan pan, beri minyak goreng tumis bawang putih hingga harum tambahkan, masukkan fettucini rebus, oregano, bubuk cabai, lada, AJI‑NO‑MOTO®, garam, dan daun bawang. Aduk rata, angkat dan sajikan.
