Bahan Membuat Garu Balanga Ternate :
500 gram daging sapi sengkel, dipotong kubus 3 cm
4 cm kayu manis
4 sendok makan Kecap Manis Bango
1/4 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh lada putih bubuk
1/2 sendok teh pala bubuk
1.200 ml air
Bumbu Halus
8 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
3 buah cabe merah biasa
1 sendok teh ketumbar, disangrai
1/4 sendoh teh jintan
Langkah Membuat Garu Balanga Ternate :
Tumis bumbu halus dan kayu manis sampai harum.
Masukkan daging. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
Masukkan Kecap Manis Bango, garam, lada putih bubuk, dan pala bubuk. Aduk sampai air keluar.
Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit sampai daging empuk.
