Bahan Membuat Karmanaci :
500 g daging sapi has dalam
3 sdm
1 sdt air asam jawa
1 sdt garam
½ sdm gula pasir
2 cm jahe, memarkan
500 ml air
3 sdm minyak goreng
10 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
2 cm lengkuas
2 sdt ketumbar, sangrai
½ sdt adas manis, sangrai
½ sdt merica bubuk
Langkah Membuat Karmanaci :
Potong-potong daging has.
Campur daging has, bumbu halus, dan Bango Kecap Manis. Aduk rata.
Tuang air asam, garam, gula pasir, jahe, dan air. Masak sampai matang dan meresap.
Tambahkan minyak goreng. Aduk rata. Sajikan.
