Resep Kebab Gulung Mayumi Dapur Umami

Bahan Membuat Kebab Gulung :
- 100 gr daging ayam tanpa tulang
- 3 lbr kulit lumpia ukuran besar
- 1 btr telur kocok
- 6 lbr daun selada
- 1/2 bh tomat
- 1/2 bh timun
- 1 bks Mayumi® Pedas
- 2 sdm minyak goreng
Langkah Membuat Kebab Gulung :
Potong kulit lumpia menjadi 2 bagian menyilang hingga berbentuk segitiga, olesi 1 sisi kulit lumpia dengan telur kocok lalu gulung berbentuk kerucut, sisihkan.
Buang biji timun dan tomat lalu potong dadu, potong dadu daging ayam, sisihkan.
Panggang kulit lumpia dalam wajan anti lengket hingga kering dan kecoklatan di semua sisinya, angkat.
Panaskan minyak dalam wajan lalu tumis ayam , masak hingga matang.
Ambil wadah, masukkan dada ayam, potongan timun, tomat dan Mayumi® Pedas aduk rata.
Ambil 1 lbr selada beri adonan isi lalu masukkan kedalam kulit lumpia, lakukan hingga adonan habis, Sajikan.
