Langkah Membuat Lawar Sangrai :
Potong potong kacang panjang, serai, dan cabai rawit.
Masukkan kelapa parut, kacang panjang, cabai rawit, serai, gula merah, garam, dan AJI-NO-MOTO®.
Nyalakan kompor, sangrai dengan api sedang hingga kelapa kecoklatan.
Masukkan tauge, aduk rata, masak hingga matang, angkat, dan sajikan.
