Bahan Membuat Omelet Seafood :
- 6 bh baso ikan
- 100 gr paprika merah
- 100 gr paprika hijau
- 250 gr udang rebung ukuran kecil
- 1/2 siung bawang bombay, cincang halus
- 1/2 sdt lada halus
- 5 btr telur ayam, kocok lepas
- 3 sdm minyak goreng untuk menggoreng
- Masako® Rasa Sapi secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Omelet Seafood :
Iris tipis baso ikan, paprika merah dan hijau dipotong dadu 1 x 1 cm, udang dikupas bersih.
Campur semua bahan kecuali minyak goreng, tambahkan Masako® Rasa Sapi, aduk rata jadi satu.
Panaskan minyak, tuang 1/3 adonan, masak diatas api kecil sampai matang.
Tutup wajan agar bagian atas matang rata kira-kira 3 - 5 menit, setelah kedua sisinya matang rata, angkat dan sajikan di atas piring datar. Sajikan dengan saus sambal.
