Bahan Membuat Ote Ote :
2 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bakwan Kress
1 buah telur
50 gram daun bawang (iris halus)
3 ikat daun kucai (potong halus)
150 ml air
2 buah sosis (potong miring)
2 lembar smoke beef (potong kotak-kotak)
100 gram ayam cincang (tumis)
Langkah Membuat Ote Ote :
Siapkan wadah. Masukkan Kobe Tepung Bakwan Kress, telur dan air. Aduk rata.
Masukkan daun bawang dan daun kucai pada adonan. Aduk rata.
Panaskan minyak. Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan. Beri topping sosis, smoke beef atau daging ayam.
Biarkan matang. Angkat dan sajikan selagi hangat.
