Waktu Memasak : 25 menit
Bahan Membuat Pisang Gapit :
10 buah pisang kepok kuning (mengkal)
1 sendok makan minyak goreng
1 bungkus KOBE Tepung Pisang Goreng (75gr)
1 blok gula merah
garam secukupnya
1 lembar daun pandan
200 ml air
Langkah Membuat Pisang Gapit :
Penyet pisang dengan menggunakan 2 talenan.
Panaskan teflon. Beri minyak dan panggang pisang sampai berwarna agak kecoklatan.
Angkat dan sajikan dengan saus manis.
Masak air dalam panci, masukkan semua bahan saus (2 sendok makan KOBE Tepung Pisang Goreng).
Aduk-aduk dan masak hingga mendidih dan angkat.
Siram saus di atas Pisang Gapit dan siap disajikan.
