Bahan Membuat Plecing Lombok :
2 genggam toge
1 ikat kacang panjang (5 batang, potong 3 cm)
4 buah cabe keriting
1 sachet BonCabe level 15, rasa Original (7gr)
4 buah tomat ceri
1/4 sendok teh terasi bakar
1/2 sendok teh garam
1 sendok makan gula pasir
3 sendok makan minyak goreng
1 sendok makan air jeruk limau
kacang tanah goreng secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Plecing Lombok :
Rebus sayuran hingga matang. Tiriskan.
Haluskan semua bumbu kecuali air jeruk limau.
Panaskan minyak goreng. Tumis bumbu halus dan masak hingga matang.
Angkat dan beri air jeruk limau. Aduk rata.
Tata sayuran rebus, tuang sambal secara merata dan beri taburan kacang tanah.
Plecing Lombok siap disantap.
