Waktu Memasak : 35 menit
Bahan Membuat Risol Bihun :
10 lbr kulit lumpia (dari tepung beras)
2 bks Kobe Breadcrumbs 40 gr
1 btr telur (kocok lepas)
300 gr bihun (rendam air)
25 gr daun bawang
1 btr telur
5 sendok makan minyak goreng
1 bks Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Pedas 20 gr
1 sendok makan kecap manis
Langkah Membuat Risol Bihun :
Rendam bihun di dalam air +/- 15 menit kemudian tiriskan airnya
Masukkan Kobe Bumbu Nasi Goreng Poll Pedas dan kecap. Aduk-aduk hingga rata
Panaskan minyak, masukkan telur dan aduk-aduk hingga matang
Kecilkan api, masukkan bihun dan daun bawang. Aduk hingga bihun matang kemudian sisihkan
Ambil 1 lbr kulit lumpia. Masukkan 2 sendok makan isian bihun. Kemudian lipat dan gulung
Masukkan risol ke dalam telur yang sudah dikocok dan balurkan ke dalam Kobe Breadcrumbs
Goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan
