Bahan Membuat Salad Edamame :
300 g edamame
1 buah kyuri/mentimun Jepang, iris tipis
100 g wakame, seduh air panas, tiriskan
5 buah tomat ceri, potong 2 bagian
6 sdm wijen putih, sangrai hingga kecokelatan
5 sdm
4 sdm cuka beras
½ sdm gula pasir
1 sdm air
1 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdt
Langkah Membuat Salad Edamame :
Kukus edamame hingga matang. Angkat. Kupas, ambil isinya. Sisihkan.
Belah 2 memanjang mentimun. Potong 1 cm. Sisihkan.
Salad dressing: Haluskan wijen. Aduk rata wijen halus bersama semua bahan termasuk Bango Kecap Manis Light.
Tata edamame, wakame, mentimun, dan tomat ceri di atas piring saji. Siram salad dressing ke atasnya. Sajikan.
