Waktu Memasak : 30 menit
Bahan Membuat Salad Pepaya :
½ buah pepaya muda / mengkal (dikupas, iris korek api)
50 gram tauge (buang akarnya, cuci bersih)
½ buah timun kyuri (buang bagian tengahnya, iris serong, cuci bersih)
5 buah tomat ceri (belah 4 bagian)
1 bungkus BonCabe level 10, rasa Bawang Goreng
1 sendok makan kecap ikan
5 sendok makan gula pasir
garam secukupnya
1 butir jeruk lemon (peras airnya)
2 sendok makan kacang tanah goreng
Langkah Membuat Salad Pepaya :
Pepaya yang sudah diiris diberi sedikit garam. Diremas-remas dan cuci bersih.
Campurkan BonCabe level
10. Kecap ikan, gula pasir dan air jeruk lemon. Aduk sampai larut.
Masukkan pepaya, tauge, timun dan tomat ceri. Aduk hingga rata.
Diamkan sampai bumbu meresap.
Salad Pepaya siap disajikan dengan taburan kacang tanah goreng.
