Waktu Memasak : 30 menit
Bahan Membuat Sandwich Nasi :
3 sendok makan minyak goreng
100 gr daging sapi giling
1/4 buah bawang Bombay, cincang
50 gr wortel
50 gr kacang polong
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
150 gr nasi putih (dimasak dengan kaldu dan garam)
Langkah Membuat Sandwich Nasi :
Panaskan minyak, tumis daging sapi hingga berubah warna.
Masukkan bawang bombay, wortel dan kacang polong. Masukkan Saus Tiram Selera. Aduk rata dan masak hingga matang, sisihkan.
Siapkan nasi di dalam wadah loyang tipis yang sudah diolesi minyak. Tekan hingga padat. Cetak dengan mangkuk berdiameter 10 cm.
Beri isian daging, tutup lagi dengan nasi.
Sandwich Nasi siap disajikan selagi hangat.
