Bahan Membuat Seblak Bandung Kuah Kuning :
100 gram kerupuk kanji oranye, rendam
1 butir telur, kocok lepas
150 gram paha ayam, rebus, suwir
3 batang caisim, potong-potong
20 gram soun, rendam air
2 sendok makan Kecap Manis Bango
400 ml air
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 batang daun bawang, diiris
2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis
Bumbu halus:
2 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
2 cm kencur
6 cm kunyit bakar
Langkah Membuat Seblak Bandung Kuah Kuning :
Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum. Sisihkan dipinggir wajan. Tambahkan telur. Aduk sampai berbutir. Masukkan ayam dan caisim. Aduk sampai layu.
Tambahkan kerupuk. Aduk rata. Bubuhi garam, merica bubuk, Kecap Manis Bango dan air. Aduk rata.
Masukkan soun dan daun bawang. Aduk rata.
