Bahan Membuat Serabi Jagung :
- 250 gr Terigu protein sedang
- 200 gr Kelapa parut
- 1 btr Telur
- 1 sdt Baking powder
- 700 ml Santan
- 1 bks Masako® Rasa Ayam 11 gr
Taburan:
- 2 bh Jagung manis rebus
- 75g Keju parut
Langkah Membuat Serabi Jagung :
Campurkan terigu, kelapa parut, telur, baking powder, santan, dan Masako® Rasa Ayam, aduk rata.
Panaskan wajan dengan api kecil. Tuang adonan.
Taburi keju dan jagung manis, tutup wajan, masak hingga matang.
Angkat, hias, dan sajikan.
