Bahan Membuat Sumpia Ebi :
- 40 lbr Kulit lumpia
- 1 btr Putih telur
- 100 g Ebi
- 3 siung Bawang merah
- 3 siung Bawang putih
- 1 sdt Ketumbar
- 1 lbr Daun jeruk
- 1 sdt AJI-NO-MOTO®
- 6 sdm Gula
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Sumpia Ebi :
Kulit lumpia belah empat. Rendam ebi di dalam air, keringkan.
Haluskan ebi, ketumbar, bawang putih, bawang merah, dan daun jeruk. Tambahkan gula dan AJI-NO-MOTO® , aduk rata.
Bungkus isian dengan kulit lumpia. Rekatkan dengan putih telur.
Goreng Sumpia Ebi hingga matang, angkat, masukkan dalam toples.
