Bahan Membuat Tauge Kuah Santan :
- 200 gr daging ayam cincang
- 150 gr taoge, siangi
- 1 bh tomat merah, potong 8 bagian
- 2 btg daun bawang, iris tipis
- 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
- 3 sdm tauco, haluskan
- 1/2 sdt gula
- Garam secukupnya
- Gula secukupnya
- 500 ml santan dari 1/2 btr kelapa parut
- 3 sdm air asam jawa
- 3 sdm minyak goreng
- 1 bks Masako® Rasa Ayam 11 gr
Langkah Membuat Tauge Kuah Santan :
Tumis bawang putih. Masukkan daging ayam cincang. Aduk-aduk sambil ditekan agar tidak menggumpal.
Tambahkan tomat dan tauco, masak hingga tomat layu.
Masukkan gula, santan, air asam jawa, dan Masako® Rasa Ayam. Didihkan. Masukkan taoge, aduk sebentar. Tambahkan garam dan merica. Taburi dengan irisan daun bawang. Sajikan.
