Bahan Membuat Aneka Sate Tempura :
- 12 btr telur puyuh, rebus, kupas kulit
- 8 bh udang, cuci bersih
- 3 bh jamur shitake, belah dua
- 1 btr telur ayam
- 1/2 siung bawang bombay, potong-potong
- 1 btg daun bawang, potong-potong
- 50 ml air
- 1 bks Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu 80 gr
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Aneka Sate Tempura :
Tusukkan bahan sesuai selera
Campur Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu, air dan telur, aduk hingga rata. Sisihkan.
Celupkan bahan ke dalam adonan tepung, goreng dalam minyak panas hingga matang. Angkat dan sajikan.
