Waktu Memasak : 30 menit
Bahan Membuat Ayam Tumis Aneka Jamur :
4 sendok makan minyak goreng
2 siung bawang putih (cincang kasar)
1 siung bawang bombay (diiris panjang)
250 gr fillet paha ayam(dipotong panjang)
100 gr jamur merang (belah jadi dua, rendam, dan potong-potong)
50 gr jamur tiram (potong-potong)
1 sachet Saus Tiram Selera
150 ml air
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih (75 gr)
1 batang daun bawang (potong serong)
Langkah Membuat Ayam Tumis Aneka Jamur :
Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih sampai harum dan masukkan bawang bombay. Aduk rata.
Masukkan ayam. Aduk sampai berubah warna, masukkan jamur merang dan jamur tiram. Tumis sampai layu.
Masukkan Saus Tiram Selera. Aduk rata, tambahkan 100 ml air, masak hingga matang.
Tuang larutan 2 sendok makan Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih dengan 50 ml air. Masak hingga kental dan masukkan daun bawang. Angkat dan sisihkan.
Sajikan Ayam Tumis Aneka Jamur selagi hangat.
