Bahan Membuat Bakmi Goreng Daging Bumbu Aceh :
300 gram lomi, diseduh air panas
250 gram daging has dalam, iris tipis, memarkan
4 siung bawang putih, diiris tipis
3 butir bawang merah, diiris tipis
1 buah tomat, dipotong-potong
50 gram taoge
75 gram kol, diiris
3 sendok makan Kecap Manis Bango
1 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/2 sendok teh gula pasir
50 ml kaldu ayam
1/2 sendok teh cuka
1 batang daun bawang, dipotong 1 cm
2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis
Bumbu Halus:
2 cm kunyit, bakar
8 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
4 buah cabai merah besar, buang biji
2 buah cabai merah keriting
1 butir kapulaga
1 sendok teh jintan
Bahan Pelengkap:
Emping goreng
Acar timun
Langkah Membuat Bakmi Goreng Daging Bumbu Aceh :
Panaskan minyak. Tumis bumbu halus, bawang putih, dan bawang merah sampai harum.
Masukkan tomat, taoge, dan kol. Aduk sampai layu.
Tambahkan mi, ayam, Kecap Manis Bango, garam, merica, dan gula. Aduk rata. Masukkan air kaldu. Masak sampai matang dan meresap.
Menjelang diangkat, masukkan cuka dan daun bawang. Aduk rata.
Sajikan mi aceh bersama acar ketimun dan emping goreng.
