Waktu Memasak : 30 Menit
Bahan Membuat Cah Brokoli :
500 g brokoli, siangi, rendam dalam air garam
200 g daging sapi sukiyaki
150 g wortel, potong serong
4 siung bawang putih
1 sdm Bango Kecap Manis
2 sdm saus tiram
4 sdm air
½ sdt garam
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
½ sdt Royco Kaldu Ayam
2 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan bersama 3 sdm air
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
Langkah Membuat Cah Brokoli :
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum.
Masukkan daging sapi, tumis hingga berubah warna, tambahkan saus tiram, wortel, dan brokoli, aduk.
Tuang air, Bango Kecap Manis, garam, merica, Royco Kaldu Ayam. Aduk rata, masak hingga hampir matang, tambahkan larutan tepung maizena, aduk hingga mengental. Angkat. Sajikan.
