Bahan Membuat Cah Kangkung Manis :
1 ikat (350 g) kangkung, siangi
150 g cumi, iris melintang
1 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
3 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
½ sdt merica putih bubuk
½ sdt garam
½ sdt
2 sdm
4 sdm air
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
2 bawang goreng untuk taburan
Langkah Membuat Cah Kangkung Manis :
Cuci bersih kangkung, siangi daun dan batang mudanya saja.
Tumis bawang merah dan putih hingga harum. Masukkan cumi, aduk hingga kaku. Masukkan kangkung, aduk hingga layu.
Tambahkan air, garam, Royco Kaldu Ayam, dan Bango Kecap Manis, aduk hingga tercampur rata. Angkat.
Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng.
