Waktu Memasak : 30 Menit
Bahan Membuat Cah Udang Jamur :
250 gr udang, kupas
250 gr jamur merang, potong dua
½ sdt air jeruk nipis
½ sdt garam
5 siung bawang putih, memarkan
½ buah bawang Bombay, cincang halus
3 cm jahe, memarkan
1 sdm, kecap ikan
5 sdm Kecap Manis Bango
1 sdm saus tiram
¼ sdt garam
100 ml air
1 sdt maizena
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Cah Udang Jamur :
Lumuri udang dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam, diamkan 10 menit.
Tumis bawang Bombay, bawang putih, jahe hingga harum.
Tambahkan Jjamur,Kecap Manis Bango, kecap ikan, saus tiram, garam. Aduk rata.
Tuang air masak hingga matang. Kentalkan dengan larutan maizena. Aduk rata, angkat. Hidangkan
