Bahan Membuat Crispy Tempura Ikan Pedas :
150 gr ikan tenggiri (dihaluskan)
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih
1 sachet BonCabe level 15, rasa Original
1 btg daun bawang (diiris halus)
1 siung bawang putih (dicincang halus)
50 ml air es
100 gr Kobe Breadcrumbs
1 btr putih telur
minyak goreng secukupnya
Langkah Membuat Crispy Tempura Ikan Pedas :
Campurkan ikan tenggiri, Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih, daun bawang, air es dan bawang putih. Aduk hingga rata. Masukkan ke dalam plastik segitiga.
Bentuk adonan panjang-panjang seperti kelingking. Kukus sebentar dan dinginkan.
Celupkan adonan yang sudah dikukus ke dalam kocokan telur.
Gulingkan di atas Kobe Breadcrumbs sampai tertutup rata.
Goreng hingga matang dan berwarna kuning kecoklatan.
