Bahan Membuat Es Cendol Nangka :
150 g cendol siap pakai
150 g buah nangka, potong dadu
150 es batu, secukupnya
150 g gula merah
100 g gula pasir
5 sdm
200 ml air
1 lembar daun pandan
200 ml santan kental
300 ml susu rendah lemak
¼ sdt garam
1 lembar daun pandan
Langkah Membuat Es Cendol Nangka :
Didihkan air bersama gula merah, gula pasir, Bango Kecap Manis, dan daun pandan. Masak hingga mendidih dan mengental. Angkat dan saring. Sisihkan.
Rebus santan, susu rendah lemak, garam, dan daun pandan sambil terus diaduk hingga mendidih. Angkat dan sisihkan.
Di dalam gelas, masukkan cendol dan potongan buah nangka.
Tuang santan dan saus gula merah. Sajikan dengan es batu.
