Bahan Membuat French Croquette (kroket) :
2 bks Kobe Tepung Pisang Goreng Crispy
1 btr telur
40 gr mentega (dicairkan)
250 ml susu
1 kaleng buah kaleng
1 bks Kobe Tepung Pisang Goreng Crispy
100 ml air
100 ml susu cair
Langkah Membuat French Croquette (kroket) :
Siapkan wadah lalu campurkan 2 bungkus Kobe Tepung Pisang Goreng Crispy, telur, mentega cair, dan susu lalu aduk hingga rata
Tuang adonan ke dalam teflon yang telah dipanaskan dengan api kecil. Bila pinggirnya sudah mengering angkat, ulang hingga adonan habis
Letakkan buah kaleng dan vla diatas dadar tadi kemudian lipat dan lakukan hingga adonan habis
Campur semua bahan vla lalu masak hingga mengental
Sajikan dengan crêpes
