Waktu Memasak : 30 Menit
Bahan Membuat Fu Yung Hai :
- 5 btr Telur
- 1/2 sdt Garam
- 1/2 sdt Merica bubuk
- 8 sdm Minyak goreng (2 sdm untuk menumis)
Saus:
- 1 bks SAORI® Saus Tiram
- 5 bh Kacang kapri
- 1 bh Jamur shitake
- 10g Rebung
- 1 sdm Tepung maizena
- 250 ml Air (50 ml untuk melarutkan maizena)
Langkah Membuat Fu Yung Hai :
Kocok telur dengan garam dan merica, goreng, angkat, dan sisihkan. Potong-potong kacang kapri, jamur shitake, dan rebung.
Tumis rebung, kacang kapri, dan jamur shitake, tambahkan SAORI® Saus Tiram, aduk rata.
Masukkan air, didihkan. Tambahkan larutan maizena, aduk hingga kuah mengental.
Tuang saus di atas telur dan sajikan.
