Bahan Membuat Fuyunghai Asam Manis :
100 gr ayam cincang
2 butir telor bebek
1 siung bawang bombay, iris kotak
1 buah wortel, iris korek api
1 siung bawang putih
1 batang seledri
2 sdm kecap manis
2 sdm saos tomat
1/2 sdm tepung maizena
air
garam
merica
minyak
Langkah Membuat Fuyunghai Asam Manis :
Dalam mangkok, kocok telor sampai rata, masukkan ayam cincang dan bawang bombay. beri garam dan merica.
Panaskan sedikit minyak, goreng dengan api kecil sampai kecoklatan. sisihkan
Tumis bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan wortel, air, saos tomat, kecap manis, garam dan merica. tambahkan daun seledri. kentalkan dengan maizena.
siramkan diatas telor. sajikan hangat
