Bahan Membuat Getuk Lindri Karamel :
500 g singkong, kupas
100 g gula pasir
40 g margarin
½ butir kelapa muda parut, kukus
4 bungkus
Langkah Membuat Getuk Lindri Karamel :
Cuci bersih singkong dan kukus hingga matang dan empuk (30-45 menit).
Tumbuk singkong hingga halus sambil dibuang serat-seratnya.
Aduk singkong bersama margarin dan garam hingga tercampur rata.
Aduk rata adonan bersama SariWangi Milk Tea Caramel.
Cetak tiap adonan getuk sesuai selera menggunakan cetakan puding mini atau bentuk sesuai selera.
Sajikan dengan taburan kelapa parut.
