Bahan Membuat Kacang Bawang Renyah :
800 g kacang tanah kupas
800 Minyak, untuk menggoreng
300 ml air
65 ml santan instan
8 siung bawang putih, haluskan
10 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulang daunnya, sobek-sobek
½ sdm garam
2 sdm
Langkah Membuat Kacang Bawang Renyah :
Bumbu perendam: Masak air, santan, bawang putih, dan garam sambil terus diaduk hingga mendidih. Tambahkan Royco Kaldu Jamur dan daun jeruk, aduk. Angkat.
Aduk rata kacang kupas bersama bumbu perendam. Diamkan selama 30 menit. Tiriskan.
Panaskan minyak, goreng kacang secara bertahap hingga matang dan garing. Tiriskan sebentar.
Aduk rata bersama. Sajikan.
